STEP ONE: CONSULTATION

Book in a half hour consultation fee free, so I can get to know you and your child's needs. At this meeting, you will receive an application form to fill in, or you can fill it in ahead of time by contacting us via email and requesting a digital copy to print at home. This form covers everything I need to know before a one on one assessment.

STEP TWO: REGISTRATION AND ASSESSMENT

Once your application has been completed and you have returned it to us, there is a registration fee of $20 (inc GST), and then your child is officially a member of the Special Kids Therapy Gym. At the time of registration we will organise a time for an assessment (or do both the registration and assessment at once).

The cost of an assessment is $50 paid on site (inc GST + Eftpos available). This assessment involves observation and a hands on experience for your child in the gym for the first time. The assessment lasts half an hour, and will give us valuable information on the current condition and development stage of your child.

STEP THREE: BOOKING SESSIONS

After the assessment, we can discuss the frequency of the one on one sessions you would like for your child.

Here are the options for our one on one sessions:

One-Off Sessions $70 (inc GST)

Five Sessions $350 (inc GST)

-Must be used within two months once full payment is made-

Ten Sessions $700 (inc GST)

-Must be used within three months once full payment is made-

These one on one sessions last 45-60 minutes, please arrive five minutes beforehand. Sessions must be pre-booked a week in advance. All booking fees must be paid in advance also.
